Privacy notice
Version 2026-07-14
Who is responsible
The barbershop you book with is the controller of your booking data. Its name and contact details are shown on its booking page and in the imprint.
What we collect and why
- Booking details — the name, phone number, and (optional) email you enter, plus the chosen service, barber, and time. Used to make and manage your appointment.
- Consent record — the time you accepted this notice and its version, kept as proof of consent.
Legal basis
Processing your booking is necessary to perform the appointment you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where you tick the consent box, we also rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who can see it
Your data is visible only to the shop you booked with. It is technically isolated per shop (row-level security) and is not shared with other shops. We do not sell your data.
Retention
Booking data is kept while needed to provide and account for the service, then deleted or anonymised. You can erase your data yourself at any time (see below).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. To erase or cancel a booking, use the “Manage booking” link in your confirmation email. For anything else, contact the shop directly. You may also complain to a data-protection authority.
This is a template notice. Replace it with your reviewed policy and the controller's specifics before going live.
